? ? ? ? 李國標(biāo),副研究員,碩士生導(dǎo)師,博士畢業(yè)于上海交通大學(xué)。以第一或通訊作者在top期刊發(fā)表SCI論文十余篇(ESI高被引論文3篇),申請發(fā)明專利8項。主持中國科協(xié)青年人才托舉工程項目(公費資助)、中國科學(xué)院特別研究助理資助項目、吉安市揭榜掛帥項目子課題和重點實驗室開放基金各1項,承擔(dān)綠色節(jié)能重點任務(wù),是國家重點研發(fā)項目和江西省雙千團隊的科研骨干,入選2023年度贛縣區(qū)“十大科技創(chuàng)新人物”。

?主要圍繞資源二次資源,以物相、結(jié)構(gòu)定向調(diào)控為核心思想,開展資源固廢綠色全組分利用研究:
(1)針對釹鐵硼廢料金屬提取過程難調(diào)控導(dǎo)致的高酸耗、金屬提取不徹底的問題,通過研究釹鐵硼廢料焙燒機理明確了難溶物相和粘附結(jié)構(gòu)是抑制浸出的關(guān)鍵因素,并提出綠色、高效解決難溶相抑制浸出的策略,為低酸耗浸出提供理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)指導(dǎo);??
(2)針對釹鐵硼廢料金屬提取的高酸耗問題,構(gòu)建了Bi-Cl循環(huán)體系將廢水氯根再生為鹽酸,提出釹鐵硼廢料“無酸”綠色選擇性提取金屬,相關(guān)技術(shù)、裝備已在企業(yè)進行了放大驗證,有效地降低了金屬提取過程鹽酸消耗、消減了含鹽廢水產(chǎn)生;針對金屬萃取分離過程高能耗問題,開發(fā)綠色節(jié)能技術(shù)。??
(3)創(chuàng)新金屬、玻璃、發(fā)光基質(zhì)和半導(dǎo)體穩(wěn)定結(jié)合技術(shù),將玻璃轉(zhuǎn)變成高活性結(jié)構(gòu),可應(yīng)用于環(huán)境治理、抗菌等領(lǐng)域,基于該思路,針對鈰基拋光粉廢料難處理的問題,提出構(gòu)建抗菌陶瓷、催化材料等高附加值功能產(chǎn)品,其結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定、成本低、活性可再生,為低值金屬固廢高值利用提供新思路。
