? ? ? ?仉小猛,中國(guó)科學(xué)院贛江創(chuàng)新研究院,工學(xué)博士,研究員,碩導(dǎo)。主要從事稀有金屬分離材料、多功能涂層材料及無(wú)機(jī)非金屬基復(fù)合材料制備等領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)理論與應(yīng)用研究,研究成果已在20余條生產(chǎn)線推廣應(yīng)用。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、十三五國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題、中國(guó)科學(xué)院戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)科技專(zhuān)項(xiàng)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院院地合作項(xiàng)目、產(chǎn)業(yè)基金引導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目及企業(yè)合作等多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目。擔(dān)任《鹽湖研究》青年編委,瑞典先進(jìn)材料學(xué)會(huì)Fellow;發(fā)表論文60余篇,申請(qǐng)中國(guó)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利30余項(xiàng),已授權(quán)20項(xiàng);獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院科技促進(jìn)發(fā)展獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),中國(guó)材料研究學(xué)會(huì)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),瑞典IAAM Scientist Award1項(xiàng)。2022年獲評(píng)贛州贛縣區(qū)首屆十大科技創(chuàng)新人物。

社會(huì)任職:
1、稀有金屬高效分離。關(guān)注高純金屬化合物制備過(guò)程,包括稀有金屬元素濕法、吸附分離過(guò)程工藝、材料及裝備的基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用研究,多體系功能吸附分離材料的制備及作用機(jī)制研究。????
2、金屬防腐涂層制備。關(guān)注關(guān)鍵元素在功能化涂層及重防腐領(lǐng)域中的作用機(jī)制,包括金屬表面電沉積涂層、陶瓷復(fù)合涂層的制備與防護(hù)機(jī)理,改性環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂、聚氨酯涂層的設(shè)計(jì)、制備基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用研究。????
3、金屬表面改性及變溫過(guò)程元素遷移機(jī)制。關(guān)注金屬表面改性及防護(hù)過(guò)程中的基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用研究,具體包括金屬表面活化、鈍化、敏化方法與機(jī)理,高溫過(guò)程合金關(guān)鍵元素遷移機(jī)制。
